About the training

You reliably serve, pass, and set. You understand basic court positioning and can sustain a rally. Indoor Players: If you have 3+ years of experience, but are looking to get started at the beach, this is the group. To progress to the next level: You should be able to pass consistently under light pressure, set with reasonable control to different positions, and execute a basic attack. You should be jumping to attack consistently. Your serve should be directed, not just cleared over the net.
