About the training
You can execute a full attacking game, defend consistently, and adapt to different opponents and conditions. You should be comfortable playing with a block, both as the blocker and as the defending player reading and covering line and angle. To progress to the next level: Your ball control should be near-automatic — passing, setting, and defending at pace and under pressure without breaking down. You should be able to perform consistently in match situations, not just in drills.
