About the training

You've played before and understand the basic rules. You can get the ball over the net but are still developing consistency. Ideal for players with a few months of casual or beginner-level experience. To progress to the next level: You should be able to control a pass well enough for a teammate to set from it, upper-hand serve with reasonable consistency, and keep a simple rally going without the ball constantly hitting the ground.
